Return & Refund Policy

At BriceRegan, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products showing signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear caused by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order number information

If approved, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos if applicable

Do not send items back without receiving return instructions from our support team.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item is defective upon arrival.

In these situations, BriceRegan will cover reasonable return shipping expenses.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If an order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
